DESCRIPTION:THE BIG FAMILY BUSINESS: A Rhythm in Shoes Revival \nIt’s called “blood harmony” – the sound of voices blending with the knowledge of each other’s joy and sorrows – and it sends a tingle down your spine. Come listen to the BIG FAMILY BUSINESS deliver just that\, along with some driving dance music to spur on some fancy step dancing and group clogging.  \nThe Good & Young Family: Rick Good\, Sharon Leahy\, Linzay and Emma Young – known to many through their work with Rhythm in Shoes – and the Bob Lucas\, Chloe Manor\, Chris Westhoff Family of Mad River Theater Works fame\, are joining forces to present a concert of original and traditional songs and tunes\, super-charged with clogging to old time music and stories shared with humor and truth. \nAnd just to kick it up a notch\, Beth Wright\, former RIS dancer and current teaching artist for Dayton’s Muse Machine\, along with her daughter\, Violet\, will be icing the cake with cousin Becky Hill\, world renowned dancer and instigator of Terpsichorean delights. \nThis multigenerational ensemble of families\, with many decades of performance experience\, is sure to captivate\, comfort and amuse.
