Bootcamp for Activism

The Coretta Scott King Center for Cultural and Intellectual Freedom will host a special Institute, Bootcamp for Activism, February 20–22, 2020.
The Bootcamp for Activism is a three-day intensive skill building experience for activists of all levels. It will provide an opportunity to:
- Learn from and connect with dynamic leaders at the forefront of social justice movements,
- Build skills to become a confident and effective activist and organizer, and
- Engage in exciting sessions from power mapping to social media organizing.
An exciting opportunity to plan a post-Boot Camp direct action and obtain funding up to $10,000 will be afforded to all registered participants!
