Contemplative Care for Self and Others

In this brief workshop, we will identify ways to care for ourselves during this time of isolation and anxiety. We will create a contemplative space, rooting attention in breath and body and working to “warm the screen” to enhance our presence and connect with others. We will practice practical strategies for centering ourselves including being present on the screen, mindful breathing, body awareness, gentle movement, and deep listening and written reflection.

* Requires no previous experience
