Antioch College is proud to sponsor Community Solutions’ “Pathways to Regeneration: Soil, Food, and Plant Medicine” Conference Session: “Something Old, Something New: Reversing Type 2 Diabetes With Real Food & Remote Continuous Care” featuring presenter: Dr. Stephen Phinney.

Type 2 diabetes has until very recently, been thought to be a chronic, progressive, and incurable disease. Combining the wisdom of medical practice prior to the advent of pharmaceuticals, the front line medication effects of real food, and today’s technological capacity to monitor and provide real time personalized health care, Dr. Phinney will discuss Virta Health’s delivery of the first clinically-proven treatment to safely and sustainably reverse type 2 diabetes without medications or surgery.
