Fit Body for Life with Andrew Brody

This series will focus on the principles of lifestyle, workout routine and techniques, healthy food and rest. The ideal audience is those wanting to tone up, lose visceral fat, and gain strength and endurance comparable to an athletic profile. For individuals with a New Year’s resolution of being more fit and trim, this series will encourage lifelong change in habits that will translate into a healthy body for life.
This class will meet the second Saturday of the month from 1 – 3 pm (Jan 11, Feb 8, Mar 14).

Each session will consist of three 40-minute segments:

1st 40 minutes – Powerpoint presentation/lecture
2nd 40 minutes – Workout to learn proper exercise execution
3rd 40 minutes – Book discussion


Books will be discussed during each session; purchasing/reading of books is encouraged but not required.

Feb 8 + Mar 14- The Men’s Health Gym Bible (2nd Edition). By Myatt Murphy
