Managing Stress and Building Resiliency for Teens with Rachel Trumbull

During this two hour workshop for teens (ages 13-18), participants will learn how stress and anxiety affect the brain. They will also practice multiple positive coping strategies and build up their “inner coach” while learning the different aspects of wellness that are important for a balanced lifestyle.
