New Year, New You with Jamie Depinet
January 19 - February 23$25 – $35
Your progress will be tracked with 2 fitness testing/assessment sessions (beginning and end) and 1 midpoint weigh-in with Personal Trainer, Jamie Depinet. Additionally, you will receive weekly check-ins, workout challenges, nutrition education, recipes, and health tips.
Beginning & End Fitness Testing/Assessment consisting of:
*Circumference measurements (waist, hip)
Pick & choose your muscular & cardio test/s:
*Muscular strength+endurance test: 90s release push-ups/reps, 90s squat jumps/reps, 90s burpee test/reps, plank hold/time, dead hang/time, wall-sit/time
*Cardiovascular test: 10 minute treadmill walk+run/distance, 600m row/time, 2 minute air bike/calories
All assessments are optional & modifiable. Results will remain confidential unless permission is given by participant.
Initial Assessment: must be completed before Jan 19
Midpoint Weigh-in: week of Feb 3
Final Assessment: must be completed before Feb 23
COST: $25 Member, $35 Non-Member
2 guest passes and bragging rights for the participant with the best results!
