You must be a registered Antioch College student to be eligible for this position.

Position Summary:
Assists the admission team with day-to-day tasks such as, but not limited to, office maintenance, database work, campus tours, events, visit planning, and other team projects.

Essential Responsibilities of the Position:
Assist with telephones, meet and greet with scheduled and unscheduled visitors, work with mail, data entry, filing, reading, support admission counselors work, plan and set-up/breakdown events.

Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google; CRM database familiarity is a plus), top-notch customer service is a must, attention to detail, being responsible, and dependable.
This position will require you to complete FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) training.

Required Physical Abilities:
Able to sit or stand for long periods of time; focus on computer tasks; work on in-house mailings (folding, stuffing, packages); ability to lift up to 25 pounds; walk around and across campus for events and tours.

Environmental Considerations:
Must be seated or standing to do many tasks; work with office equipment such as printer/copier machines, computers, telephones, and other such equipment.
