Essential Responsibilities of the Position:
The Office of Student Affairs is seeking a candidate who will assist the Office of Student Affairs by providing administrative support for programs, services, and activities. The student may work with/for other staff in the unit on a project basis as time, skills, and need dictate.

Duties and responsibilities include filing; phone outreach to students; Event coordination assistance; process documentation assistance; meeting minutes; policy review support; assisting with data reports and research requests, special projects, and other duties as assigned.

Be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products; have strong organizational skills;
be detail-oriented; dependable; prompt, have excellent communication skills; be able to work
independently and follow the direction of the supervisor; be comfortable working with highly
confidential documents.
This position will require you to complete FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) training.

Required Physical Abilities:
Position requires incumbent to operate in office, classroom and business space and to move about the main campus and in other locations during all seasons and weather

Environmental Considerations:
Position works extensively in an office environment; seated or standing and utilizing standard office equipment such as networked computers, telephones, copiers, fax machines
Indoor office environment; heated and cooled institutionally
Occasional requirement to move around campus, indoors and outdoors, over paved and rough terrain experiencing local temperature and weather variations

Number of Positions Available (per term):

Work Schedule:
15 hours per week,
between the hours of 8 am-5 pm Monday – Friday.

Term Position is Available:
Fall, Winter, Spring; Winter Living, Summer Living
