You must be a registered Antioch College student to be eligible for this position.

Student will monitor incoming calls to the main phone number of the college. Operator will be required to answer and transfer calls as appropriate. This position will require regular use of phone system and email. The student will need to be able to communicate with incoming callers and determine what office is needed.

Essential Responsibilities of the Position:
Monitor and answer incoming calls to the college and determine the best office for transfer.

Qualifications:
Telephone and email etiquette is essential, problem solving abilities, communication skills and dependability

Environmental Considerations:
Position works extensively in an office environment; seated or standing and utilizing standard office equipment such as networked computers, telephones, copiers, fax machines
Indoor office environment; heated and cooled institutionally
Worker may be exposed to dust and/or mildew in damper parts of the library.

Work Schedule(s):
Monday – Friday during normal business hours, 9-6
Hours per Week: up to 15
