With a varied career spanning over 40 years Donna Lubrano has established herself as a passionate advocate for global virtual exchange. Her career is deeply rooted in fostering cross-cultural understanding through developing and securing funding for project-based learning programs for youth and young adults. She has built strong partnerships and fostered long-lasting connections with universities and NGOs to design initiatives that continue to thrive today. Her innovative approaches have given students, educators and administrators, access to transformative experiential learning opportunities that address global challenges. Her programs have been recognized by the Stevens Initiative, Martha Holden Jennings Foundation and the Nordson Foundation.
Ms. Lubrano’s diverse background includes roles in medicine, theater, technology, entrepreneurship, health and fitness and education abroad. A lifelong learner, she is dedicated to fearlessly continuing her formal and informal education. She is an alumna of Antioch College ‘80 and of Boston University ‘92 with a master’s in International Business.
