Antonia (Toni) Atlas Dosik received her B.A. from Antioch College in 1967 and an MA from University of Texas, Austin in 1970. She was born in Los Angeles.
She spent her career in nonprofit management, including 35 years as Executive Director of nonprofit organizations in New Jersey, New York City, and Ohio.
She has been on the Boards of numerous organizations, including The Little Art Theatre in Yellow Springs, the Ohio Domestic Violence Network, and the Neighborhood Preservation Coalition of New York State. She is President of the Antioch College Alumni Association and sits on the Antioch College Board of Trustees.
Since 2006, she has worked as a consultant to nonprofits, focusing on board development, strategic planning, program evaluation and outcomes, and fund raising. She and her husband and business partner, Len Kramer, have conducted more than 20 successful strategic planning processes using SOAR with local nonprofit organizations, most recently with Agraria, in Yellow Springs.
Currently she is a Del Mar Encore Fellow of The Dayton Foundation and the Project Director of Livable, Equitable, Age Friendly Yellow Springs.
