You must be a registered Antioch College student to be eligible for this position.
The Communications Post Production Assistant will edit, organize and categorize existing and new video content.
Essential Responsibilities of the Position:
Your primary responsibilities are to produce Antioch College video content that is brand standard-aligned, with weekly production assignments that incorporate supervisor feedback.
You will regularly meet with a peer-to-peer project team of the Antioch Associated Press, where you will solicit and gain broader feedback on your weekly productions, also supporting the work of peers.
You will hold additional responsibilities with the Communications team as they arise, supporting interconnected goals such as social media, event planning, or other multimedia production needs.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with digital media editing software
Basic knowledge of digital graphic design tools
Required Physical Abilities:
Able to sit for prolonged periods of time
Able to focus on computer tasks for prolonged periods of time
Able to lift up to 25 pounds
Movement within and across a historic residential campus
Environmental Considerations:
Position works extensively in an office environment; seated or standing and utilizing standard office equipment such as networked computers, telephones, copiers, fax machines
Indoor office environment; heated and cooled institutionally
Occasional requirement to move around campus, indoors and outdoors, over paved and rough terrain experiencing local temperature and weather variations
