You must be a registered Antioch College student to be eligible for this position.

Essential Responsibilities of the Position:
This position will include all basic clerical tasks such as:
Organizing paperwork/reports
Copying invoices/documents
Basic data entry for word/excel
Other duties as assigned

Applicants should be comfortable performing basic office activities, including computer skills (Excel, Word, email).
Applicants should be organized, self-starters with an interest in learning about accounting.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Must be able to complete hours during standard office hours (8:30am – 5pm). Flexibility is possibly within those parameters.
This position will require you to complete FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) training.

Required Physical Abilities:
Able to sit for prolonged periods of time
Able to focus on computer tasks for prolonged periods of time
Able to lift 25 pounds
Movement within and across a historic residential campus

Environmental Considerations:
Indoor office environment; heated and cooled institutionally
Occasional requirement to move around campus, indoors and outdoors, over paved and rough terrain experiencing local temperature and weather variations
