You must be a registered Antioch College student to be eligible for this position.
The Advancement Services Assistant will provide administrative and project-based support to the Antioch College Office of Advancement. The Office of Advancement coordinates all fundraising and alumni relations activities for the College.

Essential Responsibilities of the Position:
Projects may include but are not limited to, clerical support, database entry, database clean-up projects, research projects, interaction with alumni/donors, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Applicants should be comfortable performing basic office activities, including computer skills (Excel, Word, email, social media). Applicants should be organized, self-starters with an interest in learning about fundraising, fundraising software/database, and/or data analysis. Web design background a plus.

Required Physical Abilities:
Physical ability to perform daily office activities, including sitting long periods at a desk, light-duty lifting, written and oral correspondence.

Environmental Considerations:
Position works extensively in an office environment; seated or standing and utilizing standard office equipment such as networked computers, telephones, copiers, fax machines
Indoor office environment; heated and cooled institutionally
Occasional requirement to move around campus and in other locations, indoors and outdoors, over paved and rough terrain experiencing local temperature and weather variations

Hours per Week: 15
Must be able to complete hours during standard office hours (8:30am – 5pm). Flexibility is possibly within those parameters.
