You must be a registered Antioch College student to be eligible for this position.

Essential Responsibilities of the Position:
This student role would provide administrative support for services, programs, projects and activities by the VP for Student Affairs, and/or Administrative Support Specialist. Applicants should be comfortable performing basic office activities, including computer skills (Excel, Word, email, social media), copying and filing, able to work independently and with confidential information. This position requires the student to be on site and present.

Dates for the Position:

January 8, 2024 and ends on or before March 22, 2024, upon approval of the job supervisor.

Qualifications:
Organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Dependable
Able to work independently when necessary
Able to work with confidential documents
This position will require you to complete FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) training.

Required Physical Abilities:
Position requires incumbent to operate in office, classroom and business space and to move about the main campus and in other locations during all seasons and weather

Environmental Considerations:
Position works extensively in an office environment; seated or standing and utilizing standard office equipment such as networked computers, telephones, copiers, fax machines
Indoor office environment; heated and cooled institutionally
Occasional requirement to move around campus, indoors and outdoors, over paved and rough terrain experiencing local temperature and weather variations

Work Schedule:
10 hours per week; set schedule based on student’s class schedule
