Naomi Shakow Connelly ’52

Naomi Shakow Connelly of Surrey, England, passed away on July 9, 2019. Naomi graduated from Antioch College with a BA in Sociology. She worked as a sociologist and is the author of “Care in the Multiracial Community” (1987). She was preceded in death by Thomas Connelly ’56, who in the 1960s was head of the research department of the General and Municipal Workers Union in Richmond Surrey, England. Naomi is the daughter of Sophie Shakow ’29.
