Ash Cummings serves as the Director of Advancement Services and Staff Trustee at Antioch College, where they oversee the integrity, strategy, and functionality of the College’s advancement database, supporting fundraising and engagement initiatives that strengthen Antioch’s mission.

Before joining Antioch, Ash built a decade-long career in nonprofit and public service, holding roles in higher education, social services, and community development. Their experience includes advancement operations, project management, program coordination, and data administration. A former AmeriCorps and FEMA Corps member, Ash has led initiatives in disaster response, refugee resettlement, food security, and community engagement—earning recognition including the Lifetime Presidential Award for Volunteerism and a City of Dayton Proclamation for Service.
