Natalie Kubat
Natalie Kubat, CFRM, serves as Interim President of Antioch College. Drawing on more than 25 years of leadership across higher education and the non-profit sector, she brings a deeply mission-driven approach to stewardship, institutional growth, and community engagement.
Prior to assuming the presidential role, Kubat served as Executive Director of Advancement at Antioch College beginning in 2023. In this capacity, she worked closely with campus leadership, trustees, and alumni to advance the College’s distinct commitment to experiential learning, social justice, and collaborative governance.
Throughout her career, Kubat has established a strong record in major gift strategy, donor engagement, annual giving, board management, and volunteer development. Her extensive professional background includes development and leadership roles at the Kinsey Institute, Indiana University, Purdue University, and the Community and Family Resource Center.
Kubat earned her degree in Journalism from Indiana University, holds a Certificate in Fund Raising Management (CFRM) from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, and brings a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) background to her executive leadership.
She is dedicated to preserving Antioch’s social justice, progressive heritage while ensuring a clear, confident, and sustainable path forward for its students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
I am honored to serve as Interim President of Antioch College, and I look forward to the vital work we will accomplish together in the months ahead.
As I step into this role, my primary focus is ensuring we deliver the very best hands-on, experiential education possible for our students.
