Earning Victory Points

Donors, alumni, students, and community partners are encouraged to get involved in the campaign by earning Victory Points. From making a gift and referring prospective students to building co-op partnerships and sharing your Antioch story, everyone who is a part of the Antioch Campus community is encouraged to earn 175 Victory Points. Every action counts, and every point brings us closer to our goal of raising critical funds, growing enrollment, and strengthening experiential learning opportunities for students. 

We need you to make a commitment of personally earning 175 points anytime during 2025. Those who complete the challenge will be recognized on our Demisemiseptcentennial website. 

The following list of “Victory Points” will continue to grow and evolve through the campaign. Check back often for new ways that you can earn Victory Points. Community focused victories:

1. Serve on the Board of Trustees – 40 points
2. Serve on the Antioch College Alumni Board – 40 points
3. Help plan an Antioch on the Road event (catering/venue suggestion, encourage peers to attend, host staff, etc.) contact us to help – 25 points 
4. Attend Alumni Reunion Weekend July 24-27 – 25 points 
5. Participate in a Community Learning program on campus like Antioch Writer’s Workshop, Permaculture Institute, ND/JA block class, etc. – 25 points
6. Be a Foundry Theater Season Supporter –25 points
7. Write personal Antioch story and share with Marketing team for use in communications – 25 points 
8. Attend a Foundry Theater show/event – 20 points
9. Plan an event for your local chapter (contact us to get started) – 20 points
10. Maintain a Wellness Center membership – 20 points
11. Volunteer for the day at the Antioch MicroFarm – 20 points 
12. Attend an Antioch on the Road event – 15 points
13. Participate/attend in a Coretta Scott King Center program – 15 points 
14. Purchase Antioch swag from the C-Shop – 15 points
15. Participate in an event for your local chapter –10 points
16. Participate in Bingo Night at the Wellness Center (check the calendar for dates) –10 points
17. Attend or watch the 2025 State of the College address – 10 points
18. Reshare one of Antioch College’s posts on social media with your personal, positive message (participants must use #Antioch175) – 10 points
19. Record at least one campaign video message in campaign communications and post as a Facebook or Instagram Reel – 10 points 
20. Include Antioch degree in bio and on social media profiles – 10 points
21. Post photos on social media wearing Antioch swag and tag Antioch College and use #Antioch175 – 10 points 
22. Place an Antioch College bumper sticker/license plate holder on your vehicle (place orders online) – 10 points 

Advancement focused victories:

1. Document a bequest/planned gift or update your current bequest/planned gift paperwork with Advancement Staff – 50 points 
2. Make one connection with a corporation or foundation to open the door for a gift conversation and share that with the Office of Advancement – 50 points 
3. Reach out to 10 friends/peers/colleagues and ask them to make a gift to the Campaign – 25 points
4. Maintain or set up a recurring monthly gift – 25 points 
5. Increase your annual gift by 175% – 25 points
6. Lead by example – make a Campaign gift that is a stretch for you personally – 10 points
7. Maintain or earn members to one of our three giving societies – 10 points
8. Send thank you notes to five campaign donors – 10 points
9. Display this “I support Antioch College” virtual badge for campaign participation on your social media – 10 points 

Admissions focused victories:

1. Recruit a student who pays a deposit and enrolls as an Antioch College student – 175 points
2. Table at a Community Event/Pride event and provide leads to Admissions team – 35 points
3. Connect admissions team with a high school contact (principals/counselors) – 25 points
4. Bring prospective students to an Antioch on the Road Event – 25 points
5. Attend a college fair with an Antioch admissions representative – 25 points 
6. Refer a potential student – 20 points 
7. Write notes to 10 admitted and prospective students – 20 points
8. Drop off materials about Antioch to high schools – 15 points 

Co-op/Federal Work College focused victories:

1. Hire a co-op student or recent Antioch College graduate – 50 points
2. House a student during their co-op – 40 points 
3. Participate in Volunteer Work Project – 35 points each time 
4. Connect a co-op student to housing – 25 points
5. Participate in Community Day (offered on campus three times per year) – 25 points each time 
6. Organize an Antioch work day in your community – 25 points 
7. Reach out and welcome a co-op student in your area – 15 points 
8. Suggest a co-op opportunity through this form – 15 points
9. Participate an Antioch work day in your community – 10 points

Current Antioch College students are encouraged to get involved in the 175th campaign by earning Victory Points. From attending Community Meeting to referring prospective students to sharing your Antioch story, everyone who is a part of the Antioch Campus community is encouraged to earn 175 Victory Points. Every action counts! 

We need you to make a commitment of personally earning 175 points anytime during 2025. You can earn up to $50 off at the C-Shop for participating. (Those who earn 75 points will receive a $10 gift certificate to the C-Shop. Those who earn 125 points will receive an additional $15 gift certificate to the C-Shop. Those who earn 175 points will receive another $25 gift certificate to the C-Shop.)

4. Visit your high school and talk about Antioch College with current students, contact us to help set up your visit – 50 points
5. Table at a Community Event/Pride event and provide leads to Admissions team, contact us to get on the schedule – 35 points
6. Participate in Volunteer Work Project for a day – 35 points 
7. Participate in Co-Op Swap – 25 points
8. Get your Co-op story published on Antioch Engaged – 25 points
9. Participate in Community Day – 25 points 
10. Earn Good Work Program Standing (measured each term) – 25 points
11. Write personal Antioch story and share with Marketing team for use in communications, share your story here – 25 points
12. Send a thank you notes to your scholarship or co-op donor, contact us for guidance – 25 points
13. Write notes to 10 admitted or prospective students, contact us for a list – 20 points
14. Refer a potential student –  20 points
