Join the Coretta Scott King Center for Cultural and Intellectual Freedom at Antioch College, the 365 Project, and the Yellow Springs Juneteenth Planning Committee for the 2025 Yellow Springs Celebration of Peace and Unity.

This festival will both celebrate the Juneteenth holiday and commemorate the 60th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s speech at Antioch College’s commencement on June 19, 1965.

In addition to a wide variety of non-food and food vendors, this festival will feature music, performances, and fun activities for both youth and adults.

1:00-2:00 PM – Juneteenth Walk: “Martin and Coretta’s Yellow Springs” – Meet at the Coretta Scott King Center (781 Livermore Road, Yellow Spring, Ohio).
2:00–5:00 PM – Community Day Celebration
5:30 PM – Juneteenth Program and MLK Plaque Dedication
7:00 PM – Juneteenth Party
