Position Summary
Antioch College seeks an innovative, strategic, and entrepreneurial leader to serve as our Executive Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing.
Reporting to the President, the Executive Director provides strategic leadership for all aspects of enrollment management, admissions, financial aid, and marketing. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enrollment plan that supports institutional goals for enrollment growth, retention, and net tuition revenue, while authentically showcasing Antioch’s distinctive interdisciplinary curriculum, cooperative education model, and Federal Work College identity.
The Executive Director will lead a collaborative team and serve as a key member of the President’s Cabinet, partnering closely with Academic Affairs, Student Life, and Advancement to align enrollment efforts with Antioch’s values and strengths.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and assess a data-driven, multi-year strategic enrollment management plan, including recruitment, admissions, yield, and retention initiatives
- Oversee integrated marketing and external communications efforts, including digital campaigns, social media, and website content, to amplify Antioch’s brand at regional and national levels.
- Collaborate with the Admissions team in executing effective recruitment strategies, such as campus visits, high school outreach, college fairs, virtual programming, and relationship-building with counselors, students, and families.
- Manage financial aid strategies to maximize access, affordability, and net tuition revenue while maintaining academic quality and diversity.
- Utilize enrollment data and institutional research to inform decision-making, forecast trends, and report on key metrics to senior leadership and the Board of Trustees.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and the cooperative education / campus work program team to ensure marketing and recruitment materials effectively communicate the value of our distinctive educational model.
- Foster a student-centered, inclusive approach that supports diversity, equity, and access.
- Manage the enrollment budget, staff development, and operations for efficiency and excellence.
- Represent the college externally and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Master’s or terminal degree preferred.
- Significant progressive leadership experience (5+ years) in enrollment management, admissions, or related higher education areas.
- Demonstrated success in developing and achieving enrollment goals, including experience with marketing, digital recruitment, and financial aid strategies.
- Strong understanding of current trends in higher education enrollment, particularly for small, private, or distinctive institutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Track record of successful team building, budget management, and cross-divisional collaboration.
- Proficiency with enrollment technologies, data analytics, and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
