You must be a registered Antioch College student to be eligible for this position.

This position assists with all technical needs for the Visual Arts program.

Essential Responsibilities of the Position:
Art Studio duties will include space oversight and monitoring the wood shop and sculpture studio, assistance in the Herndon Gallery as needed. Minor weekly cleaning of Wood Shop and Art Studios. Potential TA responsibilities according to need and scheduling.

Willingness to learn new skills, ability to collaborate within specific job requirements, and a comfort and proficiency with power tool use and safety requirements in the studios and in the shops.

Physical Requirement and Environmental Considerations:
Must be comfortable on ladder up to 12 feet in the air
Must be willing to get dirty in the execution of some aspects of the job.
Ability to stand or walk frequently
Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Climb up onto and down from equipment or ladders
Able to manipulate small hand tools
