Jera Oliver serves as Director of Major Gifts and External Relations at Antioch College. She helps advance institutional strategy through philanthropy, national engagement, and revenue-generating partnerships. Prior to joining Antioch, Jera served as Senior Director of Development for The Ohio State University’s Office of Diversity & Inclusion, leading revenue, partnerships, and compliance for this multi-campus, university-wide enterprise. In addition to her institutional roles, Jera serves in board and civic leadership capacities and engages in social entrepreneurship. She holds a JD and MPA and is currently pursuing a PhD focused on community leadership and systems change.
