Michael Brown , recently retired from the wine import business, is assisting in organizing and merchandising the C-Shop. He is a graduate of both Xavier University (Philosophy) and the Culinary Institute of America (Culinary Arts) and had lived a rather bohemian lifestyle before settling down in Yellow Springs 36 years ago with his wife, Anita Brown, and 3 children.. He loves cooking, gardening,, movies, music, and books.
