James “Joshua” Billings, age 72 of Clarksburg, WV, passed away on Wednesday March 25, 2020 at United Hospital Center. He was born August 31, 1947 in Charleston, WV, son of the late Howard Lloyd and Effie Velma Billings.
He was a 1978 graduate of Antioch College, with a BA in Dramatic Arts.
Josh was a well known actor performing all over the world. He has credits with his stage debut in Paradise Mislaid, Roundhouse Theatre, London, and performing at the King’s Jester Theatre in Washington, DC, Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, Circle Theatre in Los Angeles, CA, Folger Theatre, Washington, DC.
His film appearances were Tin Men and Young Lust.
