Email Signature Generator

Having a common Antioch College email signature helps communicate consistency as we seek to share the deep and broad story of the Antioch College community. To ensure consistency, please do not change characteristics nor add additional information to your email signature.

Please note: We have deliberately eliminated the embedded College logo as it did not deploy consistently across all email clients.

Before you begin, here are a few tips:
  • Offices should be in the following format: “Office of _______”
  • Office location should be in the following format: “Building Name, Room 100”
  • Please only include a fax number if it is absolutely necessary
  • Please list your preferred phone number (in most cases your office number); additional numbers are optional and at the discretion of the faculty or staff member
  • If you need additional information included or adjustments, please do so sparingly (contact us if we can provide assistance)

When your signature below looks perfect, select (highlight) the text inside the box, then copy & paste it into your email client.
For Gmail, click Gear icon at upper right > Settings > Scroll down in General tab to Signature.
