Kerri A. Shaw, MSW, LISW-S, C.CHW joined Antioch College in 2026 as an Associate Professor of Cooperative Education. She has a background in social work, field education, and community health work and spent 20 years living and working in rural Appalachian Ohio. During her 15 years at Ohio University, Shaw was a field education instructor in the Department of Social Work and served as the Director of Community Health Workforce Programs. Shaw has developed successful and enduring programs in Ohio and internationally, addressing health and gender equity, food insecurity, immigration justice, and workforce disparities. She served in both the Peace Corps and AmeriCorps and is an active member of the Miami Valley Immigration Coalition.
