To ensure that our campus is safe for the entire Antioch community, all students (whether you live on campus or commute) are required to provide proof of vaccination before fall term begins.
- Complete the Covid-19 Vaccination Disclosure (sign in required)
- If you have already completed the disclosure but did not previously provide a copy of your documentation, please upload a copy of your vaccination record at this link or send a copy to Allyson Johns in the Office of Student Affairs at ajohns@antiochcollege.edu.
- If you require a religious or medical exemption, please submit the online exemption request for at this link.
- Please remember, if we don’t have your vaccination record (or you’ve not been approved for an exemption), you will not be able to move into the residence halls or attend classes on campus.
Travel Guidance
We encourage all students to follow CDC guidance when traveling to campus for the start of the Fall term. Visit this link for more information.
In addition, unvaccinated students who have an approved exemption should plan to stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days prior to their arrival on campus.
COVID Testing Requirement
We are asking all those newly arriving or returning to campus to bring proof of a negative COVID test within the past 72 hours before arrival or be tested when you arrive. In the event that you do not have access to testing, we will have rapid tests available here.
