Marie is an adult and children’s yoga instructor and a Reiki energy practitioner. She teaches with empathy, compassion and humor, and loves to see her students open up to the grace, ease, thrill and wonder of expanded physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies through the complementary healing modalities of yoga and Reiki. She is a deep listener and an intuitive healer.

Marie has been practicing yoga for 30 years, received her teaching certification in 2010 and was initiated into Reiki energy healing in 2006. She holds an RYT 500 certification from Yoga Alliance; a children’s yoga certificate from Bright Yogis; a Level 2 Reiki (USUI/Tibetan Reiki Ryoho) certificate, and certification from the American Red Cross in Adult CPR/AED, Pediatric CPR and First Aid. Marie is also a longtime educator with a Ph.D. in French language and French and Francophone literatures.
